Diversity and Inclusion Consultant

I am the principal and founder of Sandra Bonnici Consulting and an experienced and empathetic consultant and workshop leader for organizations on topics such as equity focused strategic planning and organizational change, cultural humility, and building inclusive programs and initiatives. With over 20 years in the field, my work in community engagement, facilitation, and project management is grounded in the tenants of cultural humility.
